2024:

The creative force that moves through us when we are up against changes in our lives or ways of thinking keeps us in touch with what’s important and what’s real.

I find joy in community, connection and spending time with family and friends (and with my paintbrush, in hotsprings, or barefoot on a trail!) While I take my life seriously, it is always a work in progress. I understand the preciousness of life and operate with a motto of “if not now, when?” 

My journey helps me to bring offerings to you with that sensitivity in mind. More and more I see myself as an artist in the world and looking for beauty, awe, and human connection in all the ways it appears. Letting go is not easy, but time in nature and artistic expression helps refine and clarify what directions I need to consider. I am fed by people’s stories and journeys and I reset in nature.

I still recognize the wild part of myself that desires work in the world that matches my freedom-loving soul.

Poetry Book Release

Bare Nipples – Poetic Stops on My Healing Journey, my book of intimate poetry has been released. The inspiration behind this book was to find voice, heal shame, and encourage intergenerational conversations on love, death, dreams, longing, shame, and personal passions.

As a proud longtime Boulder resident and artist, it has been amazing to follow my dream of publishing an interactive book of sacred intimate poetry! I’m honored to say that this brings me full circle from working at Simon & Schuster as the only non-english major struggling to write press releases, to a published author with my book now available in the downtown Boulder Bookstore.

I hope you can find voice, inspiration, healing and compassion in the process of sitting with your own experiences and truths.

Reiki

Tailoring to today’s changing landscape, I am offering remote/distance Reiki sessions and often in-person sessions in the Boulder area. It is less about the technique than it is about the heart-centered presence and holding space for what you are going through on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. In short, Reiki has an uncanny ability to support a deep relaxation response which is beneficial in pre/post-surgery situations, exhaustion, transitions, and ongoing cancer treatments. Regular clearings are just plain yummy!

Pet and Housesitting Offerings

Through my house and pet sitting adventures, I have learned how tender it is to leave loved ones (that encompasses plants, animals, and family members that are going through challenges to leave the comfort of their homes.) It is my great responsibility to hold sacred space – so that when you leave for vacation or unexpected emergencies, you can trust that you are in good hands.
