Blair’s Herbals Bath Salts are a combination of spa grade salts– Pink Himalayan, Brazilian salts, Dead sea salts, French gray salts, and Epsom salts lovingly combined with the beauty and healing qualities of my backyard plants – rose, calendula, lavender, and rosemary.

Just let the salts dissolve and herbal goodness spread in your bath. Allow yourself to melt into the luxurious self-care that these intentional healing baths provide!

In my Relaxing Lavender blend, essential oils of rose and lavender are added to help to breathe out and let go of the day’s concerns-to separate what is you and not you before transitioning to sleep.  Soaking is considered one way to get the benefits of magnesium and other minerals while relaxing muscles and spirits at the end of the day.

The Rebound Citrus blend that combines the uplifting essence of eucalyptus and lemongrass in a combination that delights the senses and helps one to feel invigorated and recharged. This bath will encourage detoxification and breath as you soak and rebound.
